White Glove Solutions began in 2020 in Bozeman, Montana, originally operating as Bobcat Student Movers, a labor-only moving company. As demand grew, we began receiving frequent requests to assemble large furniture deliveries for schools, co-working spaces, and commercial properties. This opened the door to lasting relationships with furniture suppliers and manufacturers.

In 2024, we relocated our headquarters to Charleston, South Carolina, rebranding as White Glove Assembly to reflect our expanding expertise in commercial installation. A year later, we evolved once more adopting the name White Glove Solutions in 2025 to better represent our full-service, turnkey offerings across commercial furniture installation and logistics.

Today, we specialize in managing every phase of your commercial furniture installation, from receiving and inspection to assembly, wall mounting, and final placement. We proudly serve clients across the Southeast and maintain a satellite office in Bozeman, MT. Our Charleston-based warehouse allows us to receive and consolidate deliveries for streamlined, professional project execution.​
